The article presents results of a paleopathological study of skeletal material of the Greco-Roman period from the Deir el-Banat necropolis. The material is clearly linked to a certain chronological period determined by the method of mummification. Main pathologies of the skeletons of people of the Greco-Roman period from Deir el-Banat are associated with condition of the dentition. Аbout a third of individuals had enamel hypoplasia, caries, periodontal disease, and lifetime tooth loss. Pathologies of postcranial skeletons are individual. Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, age-related destructive-degenerative changes are often registered on bones of extremities.
